Thanksgiving Table Setting Inspiration

With Christmas around the corner, decorating for Thanksgiving is often overlooked. Make the world a prettier place and don't miss out on Thanksgiving decor. Please, take advantage of the gold, the warm colors, and the accessible, inexpensive decor.

Our table this time of year consists of a simple arrangement of inexpensive purchases and unexpected "around the house items." See below for details

• The pumpkins were from an orchard down the road ($0.50 each). I ADORE white pumpkins. $2.00 for all of them? Duh.
• The white and gold runner is a dish towel from Target ($6ish). Dish towels make great table runners for little to no cost!
• The leather is a fabric scrap I picked up at a thrift store ($0.50). A small piece like this would cost nearly nothing at the fabric store.
• Eucalyptus ($2.99 at Trader Joes, the holy grail of grocery stores)
• Gold vase = fish bowl spray painted gold. I used no primer, giving it the vintage fading effect over time.
• Copper napkin rings ($3.00 at Target...the dollar section, one of the best shopping resources of all time)
• Cups (Homegoods...$2.99ea)

Sometimes Ty thinks it's funny to hijack my photos. We will see how funny he thinks he is when he sees his butt on the internet.
