Did anyone else wake up the morning after Thanksgiving only to find your thoughts 90% dedicated to Christmas decor? It happened to me. I literally got an itch. A Christmas itch. An incurable diagnosable disease. Off to Target I went. BUT then I remembered this horrible thing that my husband and I are doing....it's called budgeting. I wouldn't recommend it. It's a real bummer.
Okay, it's not a bummer. We both feel like we have done tons of shopping to get our home finished. We were very careful to keep a reasonable budget in mind, and stuck to it. I'm happy with the finished result and I'm proud of the deals we found, even if the "hunting" took a lot of extra time and work. Now that it is mostly finished, we are both ready for a long break from shopping and consumerism. That at the forefront, I had decided to keep Christmas decor simple this year. Come January, I will dig through the 70% off goodies to store for next year. Now, let's take a look at this year's simple, inexpensive Christmas home decor.

Even at Christmas, my husband has to cheer for Florida State and Alabama. Go Noles and Roll Tide!

It's not the overly obnoxiously winter wonderland that is in store for our 2017 Christmas, but it is cozy and we're loving it. Our first married Christmas season has thus far been magical. What inexpensive Christmas decor options have you found for a cozy Christmas?
