Flirty Fall Fashion

If you approach me mid February and ask me how I'm doing, I will probably respond with an overly dramatic description of how miserable my life is due to the blustery tundra I live in, called Michigan. Ask in October and you will be answered with a warm hug, and an obnoxiously perky explanation of how life is perfect and I couldn’t be happier. You local readers understand. For those of you who reside in warmer climates : 1) I hate you. Stop posting pictures in a bikini mid January. 2) Michigan is wildly magical this time of year, and you should add it to you bucket list. Michigan fall can’t be beat.

Okay, now that you all know that I’m entirely basic (as if that needed explanation...you’re reading a cheesy blog post about fashion and pumpkin donuts, afterall), lets talk about this new sweater. It’s wool, it’s a refined plaid, and it has detailed cuffs. A classic love-at-first-sight TJ Maxx experience. You know the feeling. Oh, and you know I’m a sucker for a deal. I found this cozy wool gem to be reasonably priced, too.

I found this teeny tiny leave that took residence on Ty’s shoulder to be the cutest leaf of all time.

You guys are perfect! If that sweater wasn’t wool I’d be on a plane right now coming to steal it from you. 😘 but San Diego and wool don’t quite mix. Also can we talk about how amazing you two are at finding great deals! 👏🏼

You could hop on a plane anyway just to come see you favorite cuz! ;) Ty is allergic to wool, so it doesn’t mix well with him either. I’m not allowed to cuddle when I’m wearing it ?
