The question we get asked most frequently is where we found our matte black hardware. This post has been a long time coming! Finally, all of the links are gathered for you in one place. Matte black finishes are perfect for a minimal scandi vibe. They are dramatic, yet subtle. I had my heart set on matte black. Naturally, all of the black faucets I gravitated to were $700+ (I know I'm not the only one who suffers from always-finds-the-most-expensive-thing-on-the-rack disease). Because I value my marriage, I knew I needed to get creative. Determined to find affordable pieces (that weren't cheesy or plastic looking), I scoured the entire internet. Here are my "go to" matte black selections.
I have installed this faucet in FOUR homes (three personal homes and our Holland rental). It is modern, and feels high end without the price tag! The end of the faucet can detach to be used as a sprayer. There is also a little gold detail on the handle.

3. MASTER BATHROOM VANITY FAUCET
I searched all over the web for a matte black sink faucet that didn't break the bank. This one is perfect. It was under $100 and has a beautiful, modern shape.
The square head on this Delta faucet looked great with the edgy sink faucet. It has great water pressure.
This faucet is similar to the master bathroom faucet, but with a more traditional shape. Perfect for the bathroom with timeless touches like the pedestal sink and marble flooring.
I have bought this shower faucet multiple times as well. You can't beat the price. It's simple and timeless. Great water pressure, and clean lines.
7. DOOR KNOBS
These door knobs made a HUGE difference, honestly.
There you have it! Matte black provides a high end feel while keeping a space minimal and modern. We love our matte black finishes! (I have actually bought our kitchen faucet three times for other new builds and investment properties! shown in another project below). Soon, we will be sharing our flooring and paint selections. Stay tuned,
