You may have a read a post or two about how Ty and I moved from the country to the city last winter. We love living near downtown, and never take for granted the food, community, and walkability. One of our favorite Saturday morning rituals is to grab coffee, take a long walk, and stroll through a few shops. Dime & Regal is a new shop in town, offering unique products made by local artists. When I stopped in and met the owner, I was thrilled to hear about the focus they have on "local" impact. I work with local textile retailers, while Ty works locally as a real estate agent. We've both learned the importance of community support, and try to be intentional consumers ourselves.
Dime & Regal offers a variety of products from Michigan artists - jewelry, succulents, home decor, candles, and more. I love the "minimal" vibe that they have going on (the jewelry is refined, and stunning!)

I came home with the most darling pillow. The nordic design, and soft fabric called my name. It is made by Treetops Collective, hand crafted by refugee women. It will likely migrate from the living room, to the office, to the bedroom. For now, Its the perfect addition to our living room sofa! Dime & Regal is definitely worth a visit for unique, locally crafted finds.
Make sure to grab a cup of coffee at the Outside Coffee Co., or Rowsters nearby, and check it out!
